Most hypnosis sessions run approximately one to two hours in length

When I was a child my Mother told me a wonderful story of how I was born. My Mother and Father had tried for years to have a child to no avail. After 8 years of trying I was conceived. My Mother went to a very unique OBGYN who utilized hypnosis as a part of his practice. Because my Mother was older and had hypertension he suggested hypnosis as a means to control labor pains without the use of drugs. In addition to her regular check ups he would teach her a hypnotic phrase that would allow her to have control over pain levels, breathing, and even contraction speed during my birth.

In an era when most women were knocked out (with drugs) and not mentally present for the birth of their child, my mother was present alert and had reduced pain. She experienced the joy of childbirth in a natural, holistic way. Today this process is know as Hypno-birthing. Her incredible story inspired me to go into hypnotherapy.

My training is some of the most comprehensive and practical hands on training in the country. I attended the prestigious Hypnotherapy Academy of America located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. (hypnotherapyacademy.com) The Academy is one of only a few in the world that have an actual classroom setting, nothing was online.

My teachers and trainers are world renowned, with some currently working with the National Institute of Health. My classroom study was filled with over 500 hrs.of lectures, book work, and daily hypnotherapy development with classmates and instructors.  As a practitioner I have seen hundreds of satisfied clients and accumulated years of experience.

Specializing in the clinical application of hypnotherapy. I have advanced training in the adjunct use of Medical Hypnotherapy (that is more than double or triple the average training of most Hypnotherapists). I also carry additional certifications in Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, Natal, Inter-life, and Past life regression therapies.
